1. Who operates Sightmade

Sightmade.com is operated by Ven Document Services LLC. Privacy questions may be sent to outreach@sightmade.com.

2. Information we collect

We may receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, addresses, service information, visual preferences, files, logos, photographs, questionnaire responses, agreement information, and communications you submit.

Stripe processes payment details. Sightmade does not need to store full card numbers. Typeform, Google Workspace, Netlify, and other providers may process information to provide their services.

3. Public business information

For outreach, we may review information a business has already made public, such as its name, website, categories, profiles, reviews, service area, and business contact details. We may use it to evaluate a prospect or prepare a private demonstration.

4. How we use information

We use information to prepare previews, respond to inquiries, evaluate scope, operate questionnaires, build and maintain websites, process agreements, manage billing, prevent fraud, maintain suppression lists, and improve our processes.

5. Disclosure

We may share information with providers needed to operate, fulfill a request, process payments, host a site, send email, or comply with law. We do not sell lists of personal information.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for projects, records, billing, support, legal obligations, and marketing suppression. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may request corrections, removal of a preview, or an opt-out from future outreach. Marketing opt-out does not prevent necessary messages about a service you requested or purchased.
