Terms of Service

These website terms are a general operating framework, not a substitute for a project-specific service agreement. If a signed agreement or checkout disclosure conflicts with these terms, the project-specific agreement controls.

1. Service provider

Sightmade.com is a website and service offering of Ven Document Services LLC, referred to here as “Sightmade,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

2. Free previews

A free preview is a limited concept prepared for evaluation. Unless stated otherwise, it includes one working homepage concept and does not include a connected domain, complete interior pages, advanced functions, source files, commercial usage rights, or an obligation to launch.

Preview availability, delivery time, and scope are not guaranteed. We may decline a request, limit revisions, remove an expired preview, or refuse work involving unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or technically unsuitable content.

3. Paid scope

The standard paid brochure website includes up to five ordinary pages, responsive design, a contact or quote form, basic on-page search configuration, domain connection, and the items listed in the selected package. E-commerce, custom applications, portals, databases, extensive copywriting, major migrations, regulated integrations, or unusual functions require separate written pricing.

4. Client materials and accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, required licenses and disclosures, and materials you have the right to use. You must review names, prices, claims, hours, service areas, legal notices, contact details, and any Spanish-language wording before launch.

5. Payment

Fees are due according to the selected package and checkout terms. Work beyond the included scope requires approval and may require advance payment. Domain registration, premium software, paid integrations, advertising, and third-party services are excluded unless expressly listed.

6. Managed hosting

The managed plan includes ordinary static hosting, SSL, deployment, and technical infrastructure maintenance while recurring payments remain current. It does not include unlimited content edits, redesigns, new pages, new functions, or marketing.

When managed hosting ends, the website may be taken offline after the paid service period unless the client owns transferable site files and arranges another host.

7. Ownership and Spanish version

The $999 ownership package includes delivery of the completed website files after full payment, subject to third-party licenses. The client owns client-supplied materials. Sightmade retains its pre-existing tools, reusable components, processes, templates, and know-how.

The client may add a Spanish-language version of the same approved site for $150, bringing the total to $1,149. It covers up to five matching pages. It is not certified translation, legal translation, or interpretation. The client must review and approve the wording. New content, substantial rewrites, additional pages, and later translation updates are separate work.

8. Revisions and acceptance

Standard packages include one reasonable launch revision round. A revision adjusts the approved direction; it does not replace the project with a new design or scope. A site is considered accepted when the client approves launch, uses the site commercially, or fails to report a material implementation defect within fourteen days after delivery.

9. Search results and business outcomes

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, accessibility certification, legal compliance, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every future browser or third-party service.

10. Third-party services

Projects may rely on domain registrars, Netlify, Typeform, Stripe, email providers, maps, scheduling platforms, or social networks. Their terms, outages, pricing, data handling, and product changes are outside our control.

11. Prospect previews and outreach

Sightmade may prepare a private demonstration using public business information and contact a business to offer the concept. An unsolicited preview is not an official website, does not imply affiliation, and creates no purchase obligation. Recipients may request removal or opt out through the opt-out page.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use our services for fraud, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, malicious code, deceptive claims, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, or unlawful products or services.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ven Document Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to it.

14. Changes

We may update these terms for future use. Changes do not rewrite an already signed project agreement unless both parties agree.

15. Billing portal

Managed-plan customers may update payment methods, review invoices, or schedule cancellation at the end of the current billing period through the Stripe customer portal.
